Overview
The HIE117A push-pull type movable DC EV charger is a kind of fast charging equipment for pure EV vehicles. Portable design adopted and with waterproof, dustproof and anti-corrosion functions, the charger could achieve a protection class of IP32 and its design could meet environment protection demand. With modular design concept adopted, it has easily achieved convenient installation and commissioning and simple maintenance, etc. This portable charger could be applied together with car anytime and also could be used in large-scale parking lots, residential areas, shopping malls, hospitals, transfer stations, airports, docks, parks and scenic spots.
Performance
1. Advanced Manufacture Technolog
The cabinet has adopted steel plate and is treated with zinc plating + multi-layer spraying, with the function of preventing ultraviolet radiation, effectively prevented the cabinet from rusting and aging.

The charging pile could be customized by different modes of CCS2 and GB/T standard according to different types of charging interface of the EV vehicles.

Push-pull hand luggage type design aims to meet the convenience charging and ensure the customer to charger the car at any time.

How to Use
A. How to start charging
1. Make sure the charger is well connected with the power.
2. Use charging connector to connect the charger with the EV.
3. Press the button on the charger to start
B. How to stop charging
1. The charger will stop automatically when the charging is finished.
2. Disconnect the connector from the charger and the EV on its both ends.
3. You can stop charging by pressing the button in case of an emergency.
Production Line
Hiconics Intelligent has built national advanced automatic assembly production line with rhythm set automatically. Operation documents are put on display screen. Debugging and aging process are operated with automation equipment. Data self-collection, self-diagnosis and self-uploading could be achieved also. One charging pile could be finished within 35 minutes and daily production capacity reaches 13 sets for each production line.
Application
Hiconics charging piles have been widely applied in more than 200 cities in China. The specially developed European Standard Charging Pile has passed strict test procedure of TUV SUD and been awarded with CE and Dakks certificates. Hiconics products have been exported to more than 10 countries and regions such as England, France, Bulgaria, Australia and Singapore, etc.

Q1. What is your term of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your term of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your term of delivery?
A: FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 7 to 25 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
